Raporton tek: Menaxheri i Pastrimit / Shefi i HousekeepingQëllimi i Pozitës:
Të sigurojë pastërtinë, rregullsinë dhe rehati në dhomat e mysafirëve dhe zonat publike të hotelit, duke garantuar një ambient të pastër, të shëndetshëm dhe mikpritës për mysafirët.

Detyrat dhe Përgjegjësitë Kryesore:

  • Pastron dhe rregullon dhomat e mysafirëve sipas standardeve të hotelit.
  • Ndërron çarçafët, batanijet dhe peshqirët sipas nevojës.
  • Mbush dhe ripar disponimin e artikujve në dhomë (toiletina, minibar, aksesorë të tjera).
  • Siguron që mobiljet, pajisjet dhe elementët e dhomës janë të mirëmbajtur dhe raporton çdo dëmtim.
  • Mbikëqyr dhe pastron korridoret, shkallët dhe ambientet publike sipas udhëzimeve.
  • Përgjigjet shpejt ndaj kërkesave të mysafirëve lidhur me shërbimet e dhomës dhe pastrimin.
  • Ndjek dhe respekton udhëzimet e sigurisë, higjienës dhe sanitizimit.Kualifikimet dhe Aftësitë:
Kualifikimet dhe Aftësitë:
  • Përvojë paraprake në housekeeping ose hoteleri është e preferueshme, por jo e detyrueshme.
  • Vëmendje ndaj detajeve dhe aftësi për të ruajtur standardet e pastrimit.
  • Aftësi për të punuar në mënyrë të pavarur dhe si pjesë e një ekipi.
  • Stamina fizike për qëndrime të gjata në këmbë, ecje dhe ngritje të objekteve të lehta.
  • Sjellje profesionale, e sjellshme dhe orientim ndaj mysafirëve.

 Room Attendant (Punonjës i Dhomës)

Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor / Housekeeping ManagerJob Purpose:
To maintain the cleanliness, order, and comfort of guest rooms and public areas in the hotel, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed.
  • Replenish guest room supplies (toiletries, minibar items, stationery, etc.).
  • Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are properly maintained and report any damages.
  • Maintain cleanliness in corridors, stairways, and public areas as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests related to room service and housekeeping.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina for long periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Polite, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
