Position Purpose

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the daily on-site management and supervision of Henry Resort, ensuring smooth operations, service quality, staff discipline, and guest satisfaction, in line with Elite Hospitality standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Spa, Recreation)
  • Ensure operational continuity, cleanliness, and service consistency
  • Resolve daily operational issues and guest complaints promptly
  • Ensure proper shift coverage and departmental coordination
Staff Supervision & Discipline
  • Supervise department supervisors and operational staff
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and behavior
  • Ensure staff follow SOPs, job descriptions, and service standards
  • Report disciplinary issues and staff performance to General Manager / HR
  • Support onboarding and on-the-job training of new employees
Guest Experience & Quality Control
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards
  • Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and complaints
  • Take corrective actions to improve service quality
  • Act as the main on-site point of contact for guests
Operational Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare daily operational reports (occupancy, incidents, staff issues)
  • Coordinate with remote departments (HR, Procurement, Finance)
  • Ensure accurate communication between resort and Elite Hospitality offices
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal controls

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or supervision
  • Strong understanding of hotel departments and workflows
  • Experience in resorts or seasonal hotels is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team supervision
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Guest relations and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak season
  • Basic computer skills and reporting ability

Authority & Accountability

  • On-site authority over daily hotel operations
  • Responsible for staff discipline, service quality, and operational order
  • Reports directly to the General Manager / Elite Hospitality

Mbikëqyrje e Stafit
  • Mbikëqyr supervizorët dhe stafin operacional
  • Kontrollon prezencën, disiplinën dhe paraqitjen e stafit
  • Siguron zbatimin e SOP-ve dhe standardeve të shërbimit
  • Raporton çështjet e stafit tek drejtuesit dhe HR
Cilësia e Shërbimit & Klientët
  • Siguron kënaqësinë e klientëve
  • Monitoron komentet dhe ankesat e mysafirëve
  • Merr masa korrigjuese për përmirësimin e shërbimit
Raportim & Koordinim
  • Përgatit raporte ditore operative
  • Koordinon me HR, Prokurim dhe Financë nga distanca
  • Mbështet kontrollet dhe inspektimet

Kualifikime & Eksperiencë

  • Diplomë ose Bachelor në Hoteleri, Turizëm ose fusha të ngjashme
  • Minimum 3 vite eksperiencë në operacione hoteliere
  • Njohuri të mira të funksionimit të departamenteve

Autoritet & Përgjegjësi

  • Autoritet operacional në terren
  • Përgjegjës për disiplinën e stafit dhe cilësinë e shërbimit
  • Raporton drejtpërdrejt tek Menaxheri i Përgjithshëm
