Job Summary
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth daily activities. This role manages the reception team, coordinates with other departments, and maintains high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise front office staff (reception, concierge, bell staff)
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures
Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and management
Manage room allocations and occupancy levels
Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting
Maintain front office policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Working Conditions
